An exterior detail starts from $179 and covers a safe wash, decontamination, wheels, tyres and a protected finish. An interior deep clean from $279 gets into the seats, carpets, trim and glass. The full interior and exterior from $399 is the one most people book when the whole car needs bringing back.

If you're selling, the pre-sale package from $579 is the one worth doing — full interior and exterior, engine bay and paint enhancement. Cars that present well spend less time on the market, and it usually pays for itself several times over on the sale price.
